Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. Digital Product Nature & No-Refund Policy

All products sold on Loopendo.com are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once access is delivered, regardless of download status.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or inability to use the product due to device or software limitations.
  • Once the file link has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your email/device, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

This policy aligns with international digital-goods regulations, including:

  • EU Directive on Digital Content
  • US FTC guidelines
  • Stripe & PayPal digital product rules

2. Delivery & Access Confirmation

Delivery of digital products is confirmed through any of the following:

  • Successful checkout redirect
  • Email confirmation sent to the buyer
  • Secure download link generated
  • Server logs showing access/open/download
  • Pixel or server-side event confirming delivery

Once delivery is confirmed, the purchase is permanent and non-refundable.


3. Unauthorized Transactions & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Loopendo uses:

  • Device fingerprinting
  • IP tracking
  • Download logging
  • Behavioral fraud detection
  • Automated and manual verification

If a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized:

  • We may request identity verification
  • We may suspend access pending review
  • We may deny refunds if evidence shows the product was accessed

Submitting false claims may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Reporting to payment providers and fraud databases

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

You agree NOT to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Loopendo Support.

Filing a chargeback for a valid digital delivery is considered fraudulent and may result in:

  • Permanent ban from Loopendo
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Submission of fraud evidence under Visa/Mastercard rules

We provide the following evidence to all banks and card issuers during a dispute:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Download logs
  • IP address & device information
  • Timestamped access records
  • Checkout acceptance of Terms & Refund Policy
  • Customer communication history
  • Pixel/CAPI purchase confirmation

If a customer files a dispute after receiving the product, Loopendo will fight the dispute with full documentation.


5. Cases Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • “I didn’t like the book”
  • “I didn’t read it”
  • “I thought it was something else”
  • Accidental purchases
  • Duplicate purchases (unless verified)
  • Inability to download due to device or software issues
  • Claims of non-receipt when delivery logs show access
  • Third-party unauthorized access after successful delivery
  • Attempted chargeback fraud

6. Technical Support Guarantee

Although we do not refund digital products, we DO guarantee:

  • Assistance with downloading your ebook
  • Re-sending files if needed
  • Troubleshooting device issues
  • Providing alternate formats if available

Our support team will ensure you successfully receive your purchase.


7. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Loopendo:

  • You confirm you have read the product description
  • You understand the digital nature of the product
  • You agree to our Refund & Chargeback Policy
  • You acknowledge that all sales are final
  • You confirm your payment details are accurate and authorized

8. Billing Errors

If you believe you were mistakenly charged more than once:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will verify the duplicate and issue a correction if valid

This does not apply to digital access that was successfully delivered.


9. Compliance With Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal & Stripe Rules

Loopendo adheres to global payment regulations for:

  • Visa Dispute Monitoring Program (VDMP)
  • Mastercard Excessive Chargeback Program (ECP)
  • Stripe Radar Fraud Rules
  • PayPal Seller Protection Policies

Our policies are designed to protect both the buyer and the seller.
