4. Payments
- Subscription fees, charges, and applicable taxes are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer).
- Loopendo does not store your full payment details.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment gateway fees.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- You must comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to data protection and employment regulations.
- You agree not to upload harmful code, misuse accounts, or disrupt Platform operations.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
- We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for U.S. users.

- Outcomes of any engagements, employment, or services between freelancers and clients.
- Maximum liability: If liability cannot be excluded by law, Loopendo’s liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loopendo, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, specifically the state of Wyoming (where Loopendo is incorporated), without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. International Use
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws when accessing the Platform outside the U.S.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
